Prepayment in the amount equal to 5 hours of
flight must be on account.

A current Renter's Insurance policy is
required to be in effect prior to any student being allowed
to solo in any aircraft owned or operated by Falcon AirLink,
Inc.

Absolutely NO aerobatics or "Hot Dogging"
flight.

Must have flown a minimum of one (1) hour
within the preceding sixty (60) days.

Helicopters will only be allowed to fly in
legal, sensible weather.

Helicopters will NOT be used for commercial
purposes while rented.

Private Pilot Certification in Rotorcraft.

Satisfactory completion of an oral and flight
evaluation consisting of 1 hour of ground & 1 hour of
flight.

No overnight flights will be accepted.

Class III medical certificate is a minimum.

Proof of citizenship (birth certificate or
Passport).

Complete Falcon AirLink's Aircraft Renter's
Agreement & Emergency Contact Form.

VALID picture identification (A vehicle
operator's license works well).

Pilot's Log Book (available through Falcon
AirLink).

Airplane head set (soon to be available
through Falcon AirLink).

Violation of any Falcon AirLink policy may
result in suspension of rental privileges and/or termination
of training.

Falcon AirLink reserves the right to refuse
service if deemed necessary to do so.
